1. Acceptance
By visiting the S Bot website, inviting S Bot to a Discord server, accessing the dashboard, or otherwise using the services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use S Bot and remove it from servers you control.
If you use S Bot for an organization or community, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization or community.
2. Eligibility and Discord Account
You must be permitted to use Discord and meet Discord's applicable age and account requirements. You are responsible for your Discord account, login session, devices, and activity performed through them. Do not share credentials, session cookies, bot tokens, or other secrets.
Discord is a third-party platform. S Bot is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Discord Inc. Your use of Discord remains subject to Discord's own terms and policies.
3. Service Description
S Bot provides Discord moderation, server configuration, command controls, activity information, automated actions, AI-assisted features, and related dashboard tools. Features may differ by server, plan, location, technical availability, or account permission.
4. Permissions and Administrator Responsibility
You may add, configure, or operate S Bot only where you have the necessary authority. Server owners and administrators are responsible for reviewing requested Discord permissions, choosing suitable settings, supervising moderators, and ensuring their use of S Bot complies with applicable law and their community rules.
Some commands can remove messages, restrict users, create or modify channels, or take other administrative actions. Review settings before enabling them and grant only the permissions reasonably needed.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not use, assist others to use, or attempt to use S Bot to:
- break any applicable law, regulation, court order, or third-party platform rule;
- harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, discriminate against, or promote hatred or violence toward any person or group;
- create, share, solicit, or facilitate sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors, or any abuse of children;
- distribute malware, phishing, scams, malicious links, or collect passwords, credentials, Discord tokens, session data, or other secrets;
- send spam, unsolicited direct messages, deceptive promotions, or conduct raids, coordinated disruption, or enforcement evasion;
- impersonate another person, organization, S Bot, or an official representative, or misrepresent affiliation or authorization;
- abuse Discord or S Bot APIs, scrape without authorization, overload systems, bypass rate limits or access controls, probe vulnerabilities, or interfere with service operation;
- infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or any other rights;
- use AI features to produce or facilitate harmful, deceptive, illegal, infringing, or rights-violating content; or
- help another person do anything prohibited by these Terms.
6. AI Features
AI-generated output can be incomplete, inaccurate, offensive, or unsuitable. You must review output before relying on, publishing, or acting on it. AI features are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, safety, or other expert advice.
Do not submit confidential information, passwords, tokens, or personal data you are not authorized to process. You remain responsible for prompts, use of outputs, and decisions made from them.
7. Paid Features and Credits
Some features, subscriptions, or usage credits may require payment. The applicable price, billing period, included benefits, taxes, renewal information, and any refund or cancellation terms will be shown at checkout or by the payment provider before purchase. Do not purchase unless you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Nothing in these Terms limits refund, cancellation, warranty, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
8. User Content and Data
You retain ownership of content you lawfully provide. You grant the S Bot operator a limited permission to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service and comply with law.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for content and data you submit. Server administrators are responsible for giving members any notices and obtaining any consents required for their configuration and use of S Bot.
9. Privacy
S Bot may process Discord account identifiers, server and channel identifiers, configuration, commands, moderation events, usage information, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service. Do not use S Bot to collect unnecessary personal information. Any privacy notice published on the official website forms part of the information about how data is handled.
10. Intellectual Property
S Bot's software, website content, visual design, branding, documentation, and other original materials are owned by the S Bot operator or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service as provided; they do not transfer ownership.
You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create misleading derivative versions of protected parts of S Bot except where applicable law expressly permits it.
11. Availability and Changes
S Bot may be updated, interrupted, limited, or discontinued. We may add, change, or remove features and may perform maintenance without guaranteeing uninterrupted or error-free operation. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption but do not promise permanent availability of any feature.
12. Suspension and Termination
Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to address security, abuse, legal requirements, non-payment, technical risk, or a suspected breach of these Terms. You may stop using S Bot at any time by removing it from your server and discontinuing website and dashboard use.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and obligations concerning prior conduct—will continue to apply.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, S Bot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. No guarantee is made that every moderation action, filter, statistic, automated result, or AI output will be accurate, complete, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. You should maintain appropriate human oversight and independent backups of important configuration or information.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the S Bot operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for loss of data, revenue, profit, goodwill, or opportunity arising from use of or inability to use S Bot.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is prohibited by law, including liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer-protection law.
15. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of S Bot, your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights. This section does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by the S Bot operator's own unlawful conduct.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Subject to any mandatory consumer or jurisdictional rights that apply to you, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Before filing a claim, the parties should make a reasonable effort to resolve the issue through the official S Bot contact channel, unless urgent relief or applicable law makes that impractical.
17. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect service, legal, security, or business changes. The revised page will show a new “Last updated” date. Where required by law or appropriate for a material change, additional notice will be provided. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept it, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
